THE HERAULT RIVER AT ST THIBERY
The bridge allowed the old Roman road, Domitian way, to cross the Hérault river to join the ancient Cessero (St Thibery). The bridge that remains has parts redone in the Middle Ages. It was destroyed by a flood in the Hérault in 1683 The bridge is classificied as an historic monument by the list of 1862
